Our team approach to treatment has provided remarkable results for families affected by addiction, trauma, and mental illness. Because we customize treatments for each young person in our care, your son or daughter’s case will include input from an individual and family therapist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, teacher, and our program director, just to name a few. You’ll come to know the names and faces of those who are working to heal your child’s inner pain and repair your relationship, no matter how much it is damaged.
There are also many people you may not see during your time at Destinations. These are people working behind the scenes, or at our other facilities, to further our mission of healing fractured families. Like our clients, our staff members are from many different backgrounds, boasting an array of credentials and specialties, including counseling, psychology, education, and medicine.
Every member of our clinical staff holds at least a Master’s degree and is registered as an intern or associate with a professional board. Our non-clinical staff members are required to hold Bachelor’s degrees and must have experience working in a similar environment. These requirements are part of our commitment to our clients and their families.
